The Oscar soiree at Tom and Marga's is becoming an annual event. As Jon Stewart began the ceremonies, tonight's show was outside: the sunset sending rain clouds across the mouth of the Columbia River and orange light over the four-mile span of the Astoria Bridge. No special effects necessary.
